Sadly the damage to the game case was more severe than had been described and photographed by the seller. They were more interested in telling me about their profit loss if they were to provide a partial refund rather than proactively resolving the situation. Sent the game back and the refund was dragged out until eBay had to step in refund the money for me. It’s such a low ball game - my gripe was with how the matter was handled
