When my order still hadn't arrived six days after placing it, on the 3rd of April I raised an "item not received" request. I received a refund on the 5th of April.Reply from: pickture-this- Feedback replied to by seller pickture-this.- Feedback replied to by seller pickture-this.Please see that eBay clearly state estimated delivery dates only and there is no way that these dates can be taken as definite. Opening an item not received case the day after the estimated delivery date is not the way to go. Normal protocol is to firstly approach the seller who will in turn inform you of exactly what I have already written. Unfortunately, delays lie within the postal system, not with hard working sellers such as myself who post out immediately five times daily.
