I ordered a better looking and dearer remote, but after 12 days it still hadn't arrived, messaged them twice. Then 15 days from ordering it arrived, but was not the one I ordered they gave and a cheaper £10 model. I later found out they were sold out and just thought sending me a cheap one I wouldn't notice, if they would have contacted me it would have been OK with it. So far I still haven't been refunded the difference.

    Living with a Sansung BD E8300 3D to capture all your missed viewings.

    I purchased the samsung BD-E83000 3D blu-ray player in order to access the internet and record my favorite films etc. This is a second unit we have and we would not be without them. Linking with our computers via wifi is great, also recording two channels at the same time.Initial set up is very easy. Took me some time to master the operations for other functions including how to delete permanently, because they do so much.My second unit is quite noisy, but it was purchased as ex displayed unit at reduced cost. My advice if contemplating a purchase is be patient and read all the instructions properly. I cannot compare these units with other makes, because we only have samsung televisions and did not want a mix.
