only drawback is it's VERY difficult to attach to the headset. And also VERY difficult to remove. but when you finally attach it, it's also VERY comfortable.

Nice sturdy box, putting a 3 mm washer on the spring end against the plastic and moving the nut on the other end from inside the box to the outside, installing a 4 mm washer in the box against the plastic for the screw head to rest on, makes the box a whole lot easier to use and takes some of the tension off the box.
