The seller is a scammer. The item shipped was not the item advertised. This was an obvious scam since the seller knows the cost to ship the item back would eat up any refund they would give on it. They offered me a $3 "discount," ultimately meaning that they charged me 10 dollars for a false item which may have cost them a dime to make, so discounting me 3 bucks still makes them a nice profit. Look at the pictures of what they sent me and compare it to their pictures.
