    It is helping my allergies!

    I just recently bought Quercetin because I have allergies and it is suppose to help. I normally took Zyrtec, but read antihistamines like Zyrtec and Allegra can cause weight gain. Well since I took my first cap, other than a few sneezes my allergies seem to be under control. Another "possible" plus is my tinnitus has gotten ALOT less loud. I don't know if it's the Quercetin or maybe not taking antihistamines. Either way it is great. I have multiple Swanson vitamins. I like them all! 5 stars for sure.

    Quercetin for allergies

    I am using it for my allergies (Spring season). I get relief from the symptoms in about 20 minutes. It has been comparable to the non-prescription allergy medication that I buy at Walmart. I recommend the product.
