***Emails and Questions***
Please be aware that our office hours are weekdays 9am-5pm and so any queries or questions sent after 5pm on Friday may not get answered until Monday AM. We will endeavor to do this where possible but please be aware that if an item is ending on Sat/Sun it may not be possible for us to answer queries before the item ends.
 
***Unpaid Items***
Payment reminders will be sent on the 1st and 3rd day after sale. If buyers have not contacted us to advise us of payment after 4 days from the sale an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay.
 
***International Buyers***
Wherever possible we try to use Ebay's Global Shipping Program (GSP) for international sales. However, outside of this, import duties, taxes, and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We can't provide refunds if it's evident that items have got waylaid in the customs office of your country. Unfortunately it is difficult for us to keep track of the various customs rules around the world so buyer's need to be aware of any special requirements in their country of residence. (E.g. Wooden items being delivered to Australia.)
 
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
 
We will always mark the correct sale value of an item on the package as required by law. Please don't ask us to mark the item as a gift or declare a false lower value.
 
If items are returned to us by customs due to unpaid fees any surcharges levied by the courier/customs plus a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.
 
***VAT***
Please note, as a charity, most items for sale have been donated to us by members of the public and thus are exempt from VAT. When VAT does apply it is included within the winning bid amount (ie you will not have to pay any extra to cover VAT)
 
****Negative Feedback****
We strive to describe our products as accurately as possible but occasionally mistakes are made. As per Ebay policy, if there is a problem with the item please contact us FIRST to allow us to resolve the problem BEFORE leaving negative feedback. Buyers leaving negative feedback who have not contacted us first WILL be reported to Ebay for breaching Ebay policy/community values.

Due to inappropriate feedback left by buyers (see above) we will only leave feedback for buyers once items have been paid for and feedback has been received.
 
****International Sales****
Unfortunately due to various problems with oversees customs offices and postal systems we only able to offer refund for 'lost' items when a tracked/signed for service is chosen. For higher value items we normally do this as standard and this will be detailed in the listing. However, for lower value items, this is normally prohibitively expensive, and is not offered as standard. If you are not sure whether an item can/will be sent via tracked post please email before the listing ends and we can clarify this and/or advise you of the additional cost.
