Also excluded are any improper use of accessories and what we consider by industry standards, to be acceptable battery life use/ depletions.
 
We also specifically exclude any damage caused by alterations, customisations or attempting to repair or adapt the device by either yourself or a third party, any repairs undertaken by a third party company, any handset or device that has been ‘Jailbroken’ or rooted after its sale to you from us,
 
Upon examination by our Technical Team or authorised repair Agent, if the device, phone or gadget we have sold to you shows any of the above issues, then we would consider our warranty to be void. These are considered the industry ‘norms’ regarding warranties on new or pre-owned or refurbished electrical goods and your statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.

    UPGRADED FROM A IPHONE 6 TO THIS IPHONE X AND HAS MORE MEMORY THEN MY PREVIOUS IPHONE. LIKE THE FACE ID BUT DONT LIKE HOW MANY TIMES IT LIGHTS UP WHEN YOU MOVE THE PHONE THATS MY ONLY DOWNSIDE. FROM THE INTERNET I GOT HOW TO KEEP SCREEN BRIGHT AS IT IS HIDDEN IN SETTINGS SO THIS IPHONE KEPT LOWERING SCREEN BRIGHTNESS TO SAVE BATTERY POWER BUT I LIKE MY PHONE TO STAY BRIGHT.ALSO LIKE THE WIRELESS CHARGING SO DONT HAVE TO KEEP PUTTING A LEAD INTO IT SO JUST PUT IT ONTO A CHARGING PAD AND IT CHARGES WIRELESS.SO THIS HAS A LOT MORE FEATURES THEN MY LAST IPHONE AND SLOWLY FINDING OUT THESE NEW ONES.     Best iPhone yet

    Construction and materials are superb and the screen is the best iPhone display so far. Face ID is a well integrated and functional alternative to a fingerprint sensor. The iOS operating system is IMHO still the most professional UI available on any phone. Having an almost edge to edge screen and no touch sensor combines to make a very compact handset, especially considering it has a 5.8 inch display. To sum up, it’s great to hold and great to use but is it expensive? Yes, but the Samsung flagships aren’t that far behind and iPhone’s have in general a habit in working really well so highly recommended and worth every penny.

    Stunning screen, Apple reliability.

    I have had several Android phones since my iphone 6+ last year. I have never been totally happy so bit the bullet and paid a fair chunk of money for this iphone x 256Gb phone. Yes it is VERY expensive but rightly so. Everything just works as usual with Apple. Bluetooth audio in my car works brilliantly with my 21000+ songs in my library. Face unlock really works glasses on or off. Yep I am very happy.

    Upgrade from iPhone 6 to iPhone X

    This is an upgrade from an iPhone 6. Really pleased, I didn't want a massive phone but the iPhone X screen is edge to edge so is much bigger than the 6, but still fits comfortably in my trouser pocket. The Face ID works brilliantly, even at night. Battery life is excellent, I'm getting 2-days out of a single charge. And the wireless charging works well and I understand helps preserve the battery.

    iPhone X -forgot how good this wass

    Bought this for daughter and used it a couple Of days to test and forgot just how good the size and weight of the iPhone X is in the hand. The camera is great too. Upgraded twice since then and I have to say I’m now no longer sure it was worthwhile!!
