A terrible transaction. Fedex put the parcel out for delivery on 11 Jan, didn't deliver, and returned it to the depot. They claimed there was an issue with our address, which is nonsense. We told the seller Fedex has delivered to/collected from us, over many years. The parcel stayed in the depot, and the seller seemed to think this was our problem. We requested a refund via ebay 2 days ago, and it has not been forthcoming. On 18 Jan Fedex decided to return the parcel to the seller. Perfect.

We did everything we could as the seller. FedEx couldn't find your address to deliver the parcel and we haven't even received the product back but still, we have refunded you. So this negative feedback is unfair and incorrect and should be removed.
