Recieved with parts detatched from model and put together in a seperate section of the box, seller states they must have fallen off in transit. Not possible for the 2 parts to get into the section of box without the lid being removed first. Sellers attitude was to deny all knowledge and just say if im not happy send it back. Model repaired by myself. Would not trust to buy from again. Honesty costs nothing. This item was not cheap.

Absolutely disgusting person to deal with, take a look at our other feedback, no negatives in 14+ years. It was checked twice AND PARTS WERE ABSOLUTELY NOT REMOVED!! It makes no sense that parts were removed & hidden in the box. We offered to pay for the return & a full refund but he decided to humiliate himself in the reply. My partner was very polite in her response and I saw how rude his reply was so you can probably figure out what I suggest he does. Common sense costs nothing.
