Cancellation:
 
We aim to same day dispatch all orders received before 12pm Monday to Friday (excluding UK Bank holidays) therefore if you wish to cancel an order we will need to know prior to 12pm on the day of dispatch.
To guarantee that your order has been cancelled we would advise that you contact use through eBay Messages during working hours (9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday).
 
• We only accept payment through PayPal and immediate payment is required. Products will be dispatched within one working day after the payment has been cleared.
• We are an online business so we do not allow collections or cash payments.
 
Delivery:
 
• Standard Second Class/ Signed for Delivery Service within UK mainland is free. If you would like to upgrade to First Class or Special Services, please check individual listing for that option.
• If delivery is missed then items are held at the local depot for few days. Please arrange redeliver with them.
• If the item is returned back to us (either due to missed delivery or address being wrong) we will charge our admin/postal cost for refund or re-delivery.
• We always update eBay with tracking details of the product if Signed for. Tracked Service is used. Usually all orders get delivered within the mentioned time frame.
• Sometimes product may get delayed or lost during transit. If you do not receive your item within 7 working days please inform us so we can contact the courier services for you.
• Please note that item’s delivery is subject to Royal Mail and Courier service. For Lost items complaints cannot be filed for at least 15 days after the postage within UK and 30 days for international postage.

Changed your mind?
 
• If you change your mind and wish to return or exchange the product, you must notify us within 48 – 72 hours of the receipt of the product and obtain a RMA number.
• We must receive the product within 10 working days for UK and 25 days for international buyers.
• Buyer will pay the postage cost (we will deduct postage and admin cost if refund is required or will charge postage cost for exchange).
 
Faulty:
 
• If you discover product is faulty you must notify us within 48 hours and obtain RMA Number. Failing to notify us within 48 - 72 hours can lead us into denying a return/refund.
• Product must be returned to us within 7 working days after obtaining the RMA number in actual packaging without any unauthorized repair attempt.
• You must write your RMA number, name and full address on the return package.
• We will replace/repair the item within 5 working days after we receive the product and return it to the buyer.

    If you want to kill the joy of listening to your music, by this speaker.

    I have no idea why someone described it as a stereo sound speaker. There's nothing stereo about it. The sound reproduced is horrible, fluctuating like a stutter, muting half of the soundtrack played. It's really bad! Stay away from it!

    Hanker for an Anker

    This actually is an amazing product. The quality and build standard are both excellent. The design and features are all that is required. The value leaves the competition floundering. You can buy better sounding Bluetooth speakers but they are 4-6 times the price. The sound of the Anker is excellent on acoustic music, especially strings. At full volume the treble is a little ragged but if you back it off a little the whole presentation is excellent. The bass is well controlled. At home my speakers are big - and 3 metres apart so I am used to good stereo - which this little device won't manage, but it plays both channels well balanced. You cannot get better portable sound than this for less than £50 in my opinion.

    Great little speaker

    This is a surprisingly good piece of kit. Sound quality very good. Adequate for background music at home, or as a travel speaker for events. It has a great battery. Haven’t charged it yet and it has done several hours. It feels robust in the hand with a decent build quality, and is really compact. If you can’t afford to spend big money for a portable speaker, go for this.
