Listed as new ( for display only ) but when i receive it the wand had hair and dust inside . Also didn't came with one of the main brushes. Seller said he didn't know but they sell only products from dyson so hard to believe . If it was new , it should have come with all the accessories from dyson. Do your own research before buying from here .

It was never sold as "New". Everything that was part of the sale was listed within the description and clearly shown in every photo. The buyer basically contacted us admitted his mistakes of not reading the listing properly, then proceeded to demand for a free item in order to "resolve" this issue whilst threatening us with a negative feedback. We don't negotiate with feedback terrorists.
