    Perfectly functional

    Great piece of kit and works really well for retrieving data from legacy disk drives from old desktops that have expired. For my purpose it works like a charm and has salvaged two disk-drives that not only had all my data on them but were otherwise useless to me as I have no SATA-capable computers now. Now I van use them for back-ups. My only complaint is that the small screws provided work fine for securing the drive into the case but are near impossible to use to secure the (very well made) aluminium case on the drive as the holes in the plastic body are not threaded and the screws have to cut their own thread. Supplying ordinary Philips-head screws would solve the problem instead of using screws needing a spline key. You can not get enough torque using the tiny screwdriver supplied.

    Practical and well-made HDD case.

    Compact, sturdy and simple to set up. It is an easy way to expand HDD storage - and it's portable. An improvement (for me) would be to have the cables (power, USB3) at one end and the power switch and LED at the other end, as the cables could be more easily be tidied out of the way, leaving the switch accessible and the LED visible. Very pleased with this HDD case!

    Good value USB3 enclosure.

    Easy to install good build quality, like metal case., works as described. Found the disk mounting screws difficult to locate and the case securing self tappers impossible to screw in with the torks tool supplied, needed driver with good hand grip, luckily I had one!

    Very good for the money

    Really nice product for the price works as described and id fast if used with a USB3 pc or laptop my only slight niggle is the power supply plugs into the front which is a little unusual but not a problem for me.
