Item sent with main part broken. Further it was left with a sharp edge that could injure a child. Initially offered partial refund then would not partially refund. This would have allowed a replacement part to be purchased.
Did offer a full refund, however this is a fairly rare item and it would disappoint the little one at Xmas.

As already mentioned by another ebay user in your feedback profile, you are a blatant SCAM ARTIST! You say you are not happy with the item, but refuse to return it for full refund as you know you got a bargain. You try to rinse me further by threatening negative feedback unless I refund you £10, therefore getting a £30+ valued item for £5. You are a disgrace to Ebay and should be ashamed! You are blocked and reported! People like you make me sick! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!
