Item received initially on 18/4 and on opening was found not to be the item purchased, but a cream rug. Contact made immediately with the seller, was apologetic, with a confusion of stock numbers. The purchased item was located in sellers warehouse, and immediately posted out received 22/4. As a goodwill gesture I was gifted the cream rug. The matter was dealt with as soon as possible and to my satisfaction. The purchased item was as described and well packaged,

Took a while to dispatch and then when it did I was surprised to find out it was coming from Pakistan rather than the UK as stated. It also therefore used two different couriers and not Royal Mail 48. It has at least arrived now, after some confusion with the wrong tracking number. Colours are a bit darker than in photo but it is otherwise as described. Seller was very responsive despite these issues. Overall pleased but would prefer to know exactly where I'm ordering from in future.

Quick delivery. Well packed. This rug is a work of art. Minor imperfections prove this was made by a person and not a machine. Exactly as described and the colors are vibrant. The red makes the room feel ten degrees warmer!! This is already bringing much joy. I look forward to buying more rigs from this trader soon. Recommended trader.
