Purchased a Sky Q UHD box from seller. I messaged him to confirm it was Ultra HD which was specified in the title and the info section. He replied by saying he put “see pics before purchase” which were just 2 images of a Sky Q box which didn’t show any serial numbers or anything notable. I asked him to provide more info as this didn’t make sense, and he replied with a S/N, which when googled also made it no clearer. I’d asked 3 times to tell me straight, but he didn’t. Got refunded eventually
