    Always been a great film.

    Still is as well shot, interesting and entertaining as it always has been! Great story, great locations, fast moving, good character actors. Never met anyone who didn’t enjoy it.

    This will make you wonder if...

    This is a film that may reinforce your doubts about whether man has been to the Moon. Personally I admit to not really knowing but the system is quite capable of just such a hoax, but I want it to be true. Capricorn One is about a faked landing on Mars made necessary by budget cuts, etc...Eventually the deceipt is revealed but it would have been good at the end of the film to see who had guilty looks on their faces. A real classic.

    US Space Mission to Mars - Capricorn One

    The US government attempts to fake a mission to Mars, but when the astronauts learn that part of the scenario includes a "tragic accident" on the way home, they attempt an escape. I really enjoyed the film, it shows how desperate NASA was before the Shuttle programme to beat the Soviets in a space race.
