Spy thriller about a half-Jewish secretary in 1940s New York who discovers that her boss is an American spy. As Hitler sweeps through Europe, she has two fantasies - to rescue her Jewish relatives from the Nazis in Berlin, and to prove that she can match her lawyer boss intellectually and romantically.
