This dvd is excellent!
This is an excellent DVD, just what we wanted. The quality in every aspect of the dvd is excellent so far and we would certainly recommend it to others. It is the best version of the Herriot story so we're glad we found it. We had been looking for this particular dvd for a while but have never come across it in any shops and so decided to buy online. There is nothing to dislike about this product and it is comparable with any other excellent product on the marketThis is an excellent DVD, just what we wanted. The quality in every aspect of the dvd is excellent so far and we would certainly recommend it to others. It is the best version of the Herriot story so we're glad we found it. The book to film
This was the first look at the Herriot books on the big screen,and it was a good endevour. None of the actors are the same as the Tv series, that everyone will remember so well, but it is refreshing how this set of actors portray the roles. A good film to sit and watch with the kids on a wet Sunday afternoon after dinner. Medic2505

Charming Film
Charming tale of Herriots book. Paved the way for the TV series. Anthony Hopkins is brilliant. A moving and beautifully shot film.
