I am delighted and recommend it. However I have never had any dealings with these optical fittings before and the lead caused me great greaf. The optical lead is supplied with a opal coloured plugs on both ends, These plugs look like part of the cable. YOU MUST REMOVE THESE PLUGS. The cable will fit the female housing with the plugs attached but will stop the unit working.

Excellent value and easy to use. Hint: remember to take the little white covers off the Optical plugs before plugging it into your TV or the adapter or it won't work. Now I have 300 watts of pure sound!
