Purchased for Mother-in-law who LOVES David Winters cottages but lost her whole collection in a house fire. She absolutely loves it! The item is in near perfect condition and was packaged extremely well. It was received exactly as described and shipped immediately after purchase. The only downside was a person's name/signature on the bottom of the item near the sculptor's signature but this was shown very clearly in the listing picture so I was aware of it. Otherwise, item is in great condition.
