Seller didn’t send the jeans to me tracked. They didn’t arrive. Because of not being tracked they could be anywhere. I contacted the seller who didn’t accept responsibility and so I didn’t receive a refund so please be aware of this when buying from this seller. She has no proof of delivery to you and your item might not arrive.

The buyer raised a not received case against me that was closed in my favour by eBay as I provided photographic proof of postage including identification number and proof of delivery by the Royal Mail. The buyer was charged and paid £3.69 for standard second class postage and blames me for not sending it ‘tracked’ which costs over £5. I feel her feedback is unfair and it has affected my 100% rating which I take pride in. I have been selling on eBay for 21 years and have a great feedback record.
