Item arrived new in the package, and was as described. It was shipped and came on time as expected. The item itself was not of good quality. There was a defect, and the cell phone holder could not hold to a fixed postion. Resolution was not reached. There was too much difficulty in trying to get a refund, and it would of cost me more to return it. I absorbed the cost and discarded the product.
