We will inform you if a Product’s correct price is higher than that stated in your order and you may cancel the order and decide whether or not to order the product at the correct price. 3.4 We are entitled to refuse any order placed by you. If your order is accepted, we will confirm acceptance to you by online electronic means (‘Confirmation’) to the e-mail address you have given us [on registration or] on ordering. The order will then be fulfilled by the date set out in the Confirmation or, if the Confirmation does not contain such a date, within 30 days.
3.5 You undertake that all details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing the product offered by us on our website and or Ebay and Amazon listings will be correct, that the credit or debit card, which you use is your own and that there are sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of any products. We reserve the right to obtain validation of your credit or debit card details before providing you with any products.
4. Delivery and Returns
4.1 We have engaged Royal Mail & Interlink as our main carriers. This facilitates the prompt delivery of your order’s, for further information on delivery times please contact our sales department at sales@aspenofhereford.co.uk .
4.2 We endeavour to despatch all orders within 1 working days of receiving cleared payment. We cannot be held liable for any delays and/or loss caused by a delay.
If for any reason, nobody is in or the premises are closed they will post a card through the letterbox so you can contact Royal mail or Interlink to arrange delivery off or collect your parcel. If not called for parcels will be returned to us, further shipment will incur further shipping costs as required.

If for any reason, the goods are returned to us, the collection and re-delivery costs will be charged at full prices. To find out these costs please contact us.
Delivery can only be made to the cardholders address. This ensures that cards cannot be used at www.Aspenofhereford.co.uk to make purchases for anyone but the card owner. It is our way of using our best endeavours to eliminate fraud.
Deliveries of a greater value than £40 will normally require to be signed for and dated for at the address for which they are consigned. Prior to signing you must check that the Products are received undamaged. In the highly unlikely event that Products are delivered to you damaged, it is your responsibility to ensure that you add a brief statement addressing this damage together with your signature and date on the carrier’s delivery notes. You must also inform us by contacting our delivery department at sales@aspenofhereford.co.uk within two days of receipt of the Products.
4.3 You may return any Product you have purchased together with any accessories and any supplied free gifts within 30 working days of delivery for any reason (including if you simply change your mind). To do so you must notify us in writing or other durable medium (including e-mail) within those 30 working days. You will then be entitled to a refund from us, which will be paid as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days. You must arrange for and pay the costs of returning the Products to us on request. While in your possession, you must keep any Products you intend to return to us in good condition. Items for return must be in original packaging with all labels and packaging intact. However where you place a special order for a Product, for example, for a quantity which exceeds our typical stock quota for that Product, or which requires some adaptation to the Product based on your requirements, we are not obliged to accept the return of the Product and your right to cancel within 30 days will not apply.
4.4 .If:
· The Product delivered is not what you ordered (including any Substitute Products), or does not correspond with its description;
· The Product delivered is not of a satisfactory quality; or
· The Product is damaged on delivery to you;
· The Product is not fit for any other purpose for which you have bought it and you notified us of this purpose before purchase, and we have not informed you that the Product is not fit for that purpose;
We will, at our option, deliver to you replacement Product or refund to you the price paid and your reasonable costs of returning the Products. In the case of damaged Products you must note the nature of the damage on the Carrier’s consignment note and inform us within two days of delivery
If your Product develops a fault within 28 days of delivery we will arrange to exchange and return the Product free of charge if it was delivered in the UK mainland. This does not apply to faults causes by accident, neglect or misuse for which there can be no refund or exchange. If upon examination by us no fault is found, the goods will be returned to you and we will charge you for all collection and delivery costs incurred. We strongly advise you retain all original packaging in case of a return, replacement or repair.
The above Guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
