Onkyo is Awesome! Mind blowing!
This is one of the best receivers I have ever had. Sound is phenomenal, puts in the middle of action.. i honestly enjoyed the movies at home more than cinema.. just because of excellent sound it produces. In my opinion, other brands do not come close to Onkyo when it comes to movies sound reproduction. Sound is detailed, exciting, panning between channels is seamless.. Bass is controlled, dialogue is natural and crystal clear. Just awesome!This is one of the best receivers I have ever had. The Onkyo TX-SR605 provides an incredibly advanced specification which gives astonishing performance. There are 7channels each with a decent 140W of amplification, which can be used for advanced set ups to enhance stereo performance by bi-amping the front two speakers. Setting up the system is extremely simple using the advanced automatic calibration system augmented by basic Audyssey 2EQ and clearly presented menu screens. Onkyo...Say No More!
Needed a replacement Onkyo for my games room & this fit the bill. Took a while to set up without a manual as it was very different to my outgoing Onkyo, but now it's set up it's great!
