Sorry for the negative Feedback , sorry you haven't any contact before Leave Feedback, Please review my items' description about pearls' size. "About the pearls size, please use vernier caliper to measure them not ruler, or only see and guess the size" if you use a Vernier caliper to measure them, you will find their size are exactly as my list. I hope you can change these two wrong Feedbacks, thank you!

Avoid this seller - rec’d dull dud pearls -appear to be sanded?; no shine/zero luster, not remotely similar to seller’s photos in auction. Seller claims if I return earrings, I will only receive a fraction of amount paid. Do not buy additional pearls at auction price. Even tho arranged in transaction chat & total reflected in transaction, seller believes they aren’t responsible for total amount paid. Pearls received in attached pics (circled in red); also attchd seller’s photos for comparison.

Totally wrong feedback, I reply the buyer " If you don't like the earring , please return , I will give you a full refund, " What is "full refund" ? what I do exactly as buyers request though buyer request more work, but we never add any more extra money. What we sent to buyer exactly as my listting. but the pearls color can't match hers. The pearls will not exactly match if you buy in difference store.
