I use the ornaments that I buy. So, I don't REALLY care THAT much if they are new, as long as they are in good condition. This item is used but the seller described it as "new and unused" (and I don't think THAT part of the description was created by eBay's worthless "AI" software that was used to generate the bulk of it). Seller did disclose the significant box damage. I wish eBay would stop offering AI descriptions or that sellers would stop using them! They are meaningless & misleading!
