I paid £300 for coffee machine.and it’s came damaged.seller asked send pictures and I send.he said he can see damaged and still asking for more pictures. I asked if he can send replacement for damaged part,but he only asking again for pictures. I am very disappointed.very bad service !!!!

I’ve been very polite and patient with you. I’m trying to help you, but clearly there is a language barrier as you can’t seem to understand what I’m asking you to take a picture of. Mistakes happen and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused. My advice is to be more cooperative with the person who is trying to help you.
