Feels and sounds like quality kit

I'm using this to mix down 3.1 audio to headphones, being a 5-channel mixer it could equally do 5.1 audio. Obviously you don't get the subwoofer but you can mix the other channels to suit your needs. Useful for productions where the default mix has dialogue (centre) overwhelmed by music/effects (L/R). Surround sound centre channel is mono while the inputs of this mixer are all stereo, so for this use case you might also want a "RCA Phono Socket to 6.35mm Mono Jack Plug Adapter". And probably a bunch of phono cables and some phono-6.35mm jack adapters.

  • good quality mixer

I have owned mixer before and they had fancy feature's and fx with U S B midi interface which I didn't bother using .I just wanted a basic mixer built to serve for years .and buying this little mixer has was worth every penny. simple to use crystal clear sounds on my recording's .was very impressed just how good this little mixer is and is serving me well in my music studio. I give it 11 out of ten .for looks and the quality build doesn't take up much room on my studio desk .great feel to the control's .I feel more relaxed when using this mixer ,you don't have to spend time making sure every little setting is right on the input channels ,there no buzzing or humming just simply perfect little mixer ,That will give any expensive complicated mixer it's run for it's money .the end result is ...

  • It works

It does the job and, at the eBay price, excellent value for money. Obviously based on the Behringer template but exuding a little more class

  • Just the job

I wanred a small, very portable mixer to enable multi mic recording of live accordion music along with electronic expander o/p going direct to PC recorder & speakers. Accordion sound is hard to record truly but dynamic 600 ohm mics into the Alto have done it. Higher level i/p's would be better, the dynamics would work better with pre-amps. The higher i/p levels would avoid setting the Alto levels to a point where noise levels intrude. All round a solution to my problem that just needs a bit'more tweaking.
