My package never arrived but there was clear, professional, and polite communication throughout the whole ordeal. This is just a case of bad things happening to good people. A refund was eventually given to me without having to get ebay involved. The whole thing was a tragic debacle created by USPS, however, I would not hesitate to do business with this person again because I know they are honorable and professional. Thank you!
