The wrong item was sent out - in addition I paid for first class delivery and it was sent as second class. However - I contacted the seller, they were apologetic and responsive and sorted out a refund with no issues at all.

Due to a family emergency on the day this item was meant to be shipped, I was rushing and sadly posted a very similar item but it had a different neckline. Once the mistake was realised, I contacted the buyer and issued a full refund as the item would not have reached her in time. I issued the buyer a full refund and allowed her to keep the incorrect item, which has an RRP of £130. I sadly made an mistake, which is rare but sometimes does happen.
