Eventually posted and arrived in just an A4 paper envelope with no reinforcement like tape. Arrived ripped fo shreds and top damaged. I have not contacted the seller as top was probably damaged by post office. They say it was poorly packaged.

Buyer did not contact me to flag issues with the delivery or give me opportunity to rectify any complaint/provide any refund before leaving neutral feedback. Apologies that the item was damaged in the post, however the item was adequately packaged and damage incurred by Royal Mail transit was sadly out of my control - despite this I would have still sought to work with the buyer to ensure an outcome they were happy with if they had given me the opportunity.
