Very bad experience! The seller refused to send me a return label for an item not as described ( the item was described as brand new but it was full of stains and animal hair) , the seller was blaming me for the condition of the item when I clearly took very clear pictures with the item as soon as I received it. Now I am wasting my time to wait for a refund and a return label as I had to involve ebay because the seller is not cooperating!

dress was listed as new with inner stain. buyer didn't read the description yet purchased. I offered her partial refund to get it cleaned, however she was super aggressive towards me saying she would get me banned as I am new. She further bombarded me with 8 messages a time, to the point where eBay stepped in. I list products as I have them. I am honest and kind, as per my other feedback. Sadly she's done this to be spiteful, even though eBay and I facilitated her refund, I don't cry over £20.

Sometimes with new sellers you can be a bit apprehensive, however I found the process really good. There was a delay in shipping due to seller travelling, but she upgraded the delivery service with no extra charge and included some complimentary samples for the delay.
