Not one of my best experiences on eBay. At one point it seemed the seller was suggesting the item couldn’t be 3 inches shorter than advertised, and that was somehow my fault. When I asked to return it, I had to take a photo of the hem proving it was the one I had received. Unfortunately this proved that it was the skirt. It had been advertised as BNWOL, but wasn’t, as the hem had been cut off and stitched by hand. Not good!
