When I received these jeans, they was clearly several sizes smaller than the label, which was confirmed by the actual measurements, and meant that I could not even try them on. When I informed the seller of this they said that they were sorry that they did not fit me - accompanied by sad smilie, to add insult to injury - but that it was the responsibility of the buyer, not the seller, to check that the advertised description w\as accurate. Buyers beware!

I have just received this item today. The size measurements of 37" waist and 40" hips are more like a size 14 than a size 18, which meant I could not even try them on. You must have realised that this was the case when you advertised them as size 18. Do you wish to comment on this before I leave my feedback?
I just advertised them as the size on the label & tag. I certainly didn't mean any harm in sending a sad face with them not fitting you. I'm a good honest seller with lovely feedback.
