Completely carelessly shipped almost 100 dollar long box jewel case game in a bubble mailer came with one hinge absolutely destroyed, they did partial refund but should have known better

I never had an issue mailing games in this method before - I apologized to the buyer and gave him a generous refund to replace the box. I feel bad that it happened but feel a negative feedback is excessive. I asked him to reconsider and adjust it but apparently he felt so upset that he chose not to change it which is his choice. I hope others don't think negatively towards me on future purchases - I've only had 100% positive feedback in the past. Thank you for listening to my side.
