First thing first, I did have to return the product. It looked great and was exactly as advertised. Unfortunately it must have been knocked during shipping and produced error messages that just would not clear. Chris at ukprinters2015 did everything he could to help remotely, but when it became obvious that it wasn't a simple fix he arranged for a refund and for the printer to be collected.
Excellent service when things go wrong. Buy with confidence. The company will provide support.
