Part (hose) was broken on arrival- rubber flange was half torn off which is a common failure point. I would normally give the benefit of doubt but it was so obviously broken and I can’t understand how a VAG car dismantler didn’t spot it. To add, I received absolutely no communication after reporting the broken part to them. Still no refund. Still no message. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS COMPANY.
