However, when I requested a return (no returns), not only did the seller 1) immediately accept the return, they 2) offered to source the parts and send for free, 3) offered a free store credit as apology, and 4) offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep the item and source a new arm myself. So the charge you were given was unlawful on their part. We have raised this with Royal Mail b4 and they have stated that some Royal Mail sorting offices have the wrong information.
