I bought the 50kg one. im 6ft 12st average/athletic build, it's challenging but I'll keep at it. 40kg is probably the sweet-spot if you want to do 12x reps at a time. apart from the somewhat toxic smelling handles (which should fade over time) its actually a decent product for the price. simple and does the trick, better than the hydraulic ones, those are a gimmick.
