They are really good at reliving the aches in my shoulders and, because they are filled with "Smart Beads" they don't smell like chicken food. The description says they won't fit in a small microwave. I tried one in my 25 litre microwave, but it was very difficult to fold it up tight enough to allow it to rotate. Its fine in the 42 litre microwave, so I'd recommend that as a better option. Velcro fastening is not good enough. A press stud would be better.
