    They work but different for everyone.

    We are all different so the supplement will be different for everyone. I found initial taking them , they were making me nauseous, after two weeks I got over that. My shoulder which has been out of action for ten years is much much better and I'm feeling more strength in it every day. Now taking them for a month I'm concerned about the glucosamine which maybe causing me weight gain. As I was saying different for everyone.
