The minute I put them in my shoes (size 7), I felt some relief in my back. They are firm and very supportive; also very cushioning and comfortable, good quality. I feel they will help straighten and strengthen my ankles and spine as they already are having this effect after wearing them only one afternoon. I've just ordered 2 more to help avoid removing them every time I change shoes! Very pleased with seller and product!!!
