    This case arrived very quickly and in new condition. It’s a sturdy bag with a lot of good storage compartments. One of the zipper pulls was missing so I messaged the seller and they replied quickly offering a partial refund. I thought it was very professional that the seller offered a solution so fast, and they gave me an extremely fair price for this bag. (And it works fine now, I used pliers to realign the hook piece and then tied a cord to it). I’ll definitely buy from this seller again.
