    Unfortunately the play button mechanism must have gotten damaged during transport. When we first unpacked it it made that sound of loose small parts which is never a good sign unless its Lego! Packaging seemed ok but i am always worried about electronics so I myself would have packaged it with bubble wrap and extra cushioning. Otherwise it was described as fully functional. Good value and service overall.
