But outer cardboard box had split open and had obviously been resealed. The manufacturers box containing the item fortunately was made of sterner stuff and well packaged inside around the item. This also saved it from further damage by Evri dropping it over the stable door, instead of opening the door to securely place it. However item so far working very well.
