    BUYER BEWARE!!! I have been trying to get a refund since Sept. 25th. I am expecting a refund for shipping (I returned the item) and the product that was broken and missing pieces. Also, they put something that should have been in a box in a bag and had enough nerve to tell me to make sure it’s back well to return! Their responses are usually four words & days in between responses. We purchased from them before without any issues. But if there’s a problem, don’t expect a smooth transaction!
