    Excellent product, used to upgrade my failing 160Gb HDD drive. I was somewhat apprehensive about fitting this myself as the battery is somewhat larger than the original, and the SDD slightly smaller in capacity. Although more than I am likely to use, as I had not used half the original storage, but didn't want to loose the music previously stored. So for a quality upgrade to a brand new SSD drive and a large capacity battery that both fit and look good. I am well pleased. "Photos of my install".

    As described and works perfectly. Thank you. Some notes: SSD speed is irrelevant as iPod's are USB 2.0 but transfer rates are improved (40Gb/hr~). Battery capacity not tested, but I have played and messed about without seeing the battery level indicator dropping below full, so I assume it is as described at 2Ah. Installation is fairly simple if your technically inclined. Some sticky pads and foam padding to help fix the internals would be a nice addition. Happy with my purchase, thank you.
