I was expecting the fitted lids to match the blue colour of the boxes, so I was really surprised to find that one of the boxes has a yellow lid?? However I received great communications following my purchase. My boxes were packaged very securely with lots of bubble wrap to protect them in transit with immediate dispatch and very fast delivery. The RM compensation process is made deliberately odious and complicated so that sellers don’t use it. Shame as Baxtros are now out of pocket but many THANKS to them from me for their generosity. Great company, great communications and product.
