    Item was not as pictured or listed—is not as long as in item description of 60cm. Shipping also took much longer than described in the listing. I was only notified of a longer wait for delivery four days after paying. And even then, the item did not arrive within that longer window, but took another week. I don’t think it’s right to charge $60 for shipping and haven’t take 42 days from order date to arrive. I asked the seller for a 50% refund and they refused any kind of compensation.
